Over the next three months, the Idaho Commission on the Arts will hold strategic planning meetings in 16 locations across the state. Arts administrators, artists, arts educators and arts enthusiasts are invited to join in the conversation to brainstorm ideas, define priorities, and identify challenges for the Commission’s next long-term plan. The roundtables will begin in Pocatello on July 16 and end in Challis on September 5. They will be in Driggs on August 19 at 5:50 p.m. at the Driggs City Council Chambers.

The Idaho Commission on the Arts is the official state agency for the support and development of the arts in Idaho. The Commission promotes excellence, education in the arts, access to the arts, and community investment in the arts. Its professional staff administers and develops the programs and services of the agency, assists grant applicants, and provides technical assistance.
