Submit Your Photo

In submitting the photograph, I have reviewed and agree to Teton Valley News’s Terms of Service. Solely for your convenience, here is a summary of some key provisions to which you agree by submitting the photograph to us.

• You are the owner of the copyright in the photograph or have authorization from the copyright owner to submit the photograph for our use.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your photograph and represent that it is an original work that does not violate the legal rights of any third party, including any privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
• You authorize us to identify you as the photographer if you indicate that you took the submitted photograph.
• You retain the copyright to your photograph but are granting us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the photograph in any media, create derivative works from it or sub-license it to others.
• We are under no obligation to publish your photograph and, if we do publish it, we may use, modify, move, or delete it at our discretion.
• You agree to provide the photograph without compensation.
